Fox Hollow Family Farm - Mom Around Town.

I love the fall! At one time, I was a preschool teacher. As I was introducing my kids to the wonders of fall, I would think, One day when I have kids, it will be so much fun to do these activities with them. Well, here I am. I finally get to show Hayden all the fun things about fall.

Last week Hayden and I visited Fox Hollow Family Farm in Issaquah with some friends. This was the perfect play date activity. H ran around with his adorable friend Clara discovering all the animals, the pumpkins, the hot cider . . .

While H loved all the animals, I have to say that, without a doubt, his favorite part was playing with the kid-sized, motorized John Deere tractors. I would absolutely recommend checking this place out. Our friends went back a second time that weekend. It turns out we missed a bunch of neat things.

Darn, I guess we’ll have to go back. They have tons of animals to check out (sheep, goats, pigs, peacocks, chickens, ducks, rabbits, kittens, horses, and even parrots!). This month, you’ll also find a pumpkin patch, a hay bale maze, rope swings, and pony rides. It really is the perfect fall outing.
